Hey guyssss!!!!!
Challenge yourself with this 12mins core pump exercise! This video included 4 sets of 3mins exercises that focus on strengthening your core muscles, 20 seconds rest in between each set. I’m telling you this is an intense one so make sure you do some warm up before getting into it, you gonna need it😏
For beginners or non-dancers viewer, try finish the first two sets and take as long as you need to breathe and rest before getting into the second half, core training with rhythm is very different from other types of core workout so you might need some time to get used to it, but once you get it it’s SUPER FUN!!!!!!!
